Therefore, it is best to get your daily allotment of omega 3 from taking molecular distilled fish oil supplements. The ingredients of these capsules have been purified to remove the harmful contaminants.

Although fish oil can be bought in pharmacies and health food stores – don’t assume those brands are all molecularly distilled. Make sure it says so on bottle.
